Life: Originally from England, he holds a thick British accent. His father beat up his mother one day and broke her arm, his mother then called the police and divorced her husband after pressing charges on him. Jimmy's father is in jail throughout the original series. In a financial crisis, Jimmy's mother turned to prostitution as a form of money. Jimmy's grandmother did not like him being subjected to such a form of indecency and insisted that Jimmy come live with her in the sand village. Jimmy's mother refused but his grandmother convinced her and Jimmy to move in with her. Jimmy's mother never gave up prostitution but he still had his grandmother to take care of him before her death after the Chunin exams.

Personality: A player, flirt and sex addict. Many girls like Jimmy, and he has no problem using them for sex. He charms everyone with his British accent and flirts with every girl he meets, which is why he's known as a player. Jimmy is rude and loud mouthed to senseis and everyone else in a position of authority. He doesn't respect authority at all and he smokes cigarettes wherever it's inconvient and rude just to be mean.

Hobbies: Skateboarding, having sex, flirting, and vandalizing. He also is the supplier of alcohol and cigarettes in his group of friends, giving him a horrible reputation with the authorities but a great reputation with his friends.

Flaws: He has problems being emotionally attached to anyone and can't seem to stop running his mouth. He also gets drunk during the Chunin exams and whenever else it's inconvient. He also smokes a lot of cigarettes and can't stop sleeping around. He's also a horrible liar and a bit whiny.

Bloodline Limit: Can create large, flamatory flashes with a snap of his fingers. The only way that it can be described is as staring into the sun and then being set on fire. However, he can only use his bloodline limit when he has a part of his oppent in his grasp, like a shirt, hair, arm etc.
