Life: Grew up in a large family with eight brothers and sisters, Charlie was the second youngest of the eight. His father was an alocholic and abusive. He has close ties to his family and is very close with his mother, since he left the sand village he rarely talks to his brothers and sisters anymore, but he still sometimes talks to his younger brother, the youngest of the eight.

Personality: Rude, quiet and hostile. He won't talk unless he has something important to say, he doesn't like strangers and he is extremely agressive. His team mates have to keep a close eye on Charlie because of his temper, to add to his intimidation, he stands six feet and two inches tall. Charlie usually gets blamed for everything because of his apathy and his quiet nature. He gradually opens up during the course of the series, and in shippuden he is lively and talkative. During the original series, he only talks to his friends and rarely anyone else. Charlie is pretty laid back, despite his extreme agression. He also is kind hearted, beneath his chilly exterior.

Hobbies: Skateboarding, vandalizing, and getting into trouble. He also spends a great deal reading, as much as he doesn't like to admit it. Charlie also enjoys animals and playing his bass guitar.

Flaws: When he gets mad, he gets violent fast. He also comes across as cold and uncaring even when deep down, it's quite the opposite. He also has a tendency to smoke and drink with his five other friends. He is also distant from time to time and acts as if he were bipolar.

Bloodline Limit: A spirit lives in him. This spirit comes out during battle and finds his oppenents fears. The spirit then launches the opponent into a world of their own fears where Charlie is the master. This is a tiresome and troublesome bloodline limit because the spirit may also act as a second conscious if not properly sealed, this is why Charlie can be cold and distant sometimes.
