Life: His parents are divorced, as a result he lives with his mother, who is an alcoholic and dates a bunch of bad guys. His mother is gone a lot and his father hardly ever talks to him, because his father doesn't want to deal with the emotional problems of his ex wife.
Personality: Funny, likes to joke and a prankster. He likes to talk a lot and is pretty even tempered and outgoing. He tries to remain neutral in conflict, especially between his team mates, and is over all a fun guy. Evan does, however, have a loud mouth and he speaks without thinking a lot. Leading to him getting into trouble. He, likewise, has no respect for authority either, he disrespects his sensei a lot. On a positive note, he's always the one to help anyone in need, especially if it involves cleaning up after a party.
Hobbies: Skateboarding, vandalizing, and getting into trouble. He also is a good cook, as much as he hates to admit it. He also secretly writes poems and unrequited love letters.
Flaws: He is intolerant and agressive, he doesn't pay attention to his sensei and couldn't care less about missions. He doesn't push himself and he is apathetic. He won't do things that require too much work.
Bloodline Limit: Can slow down and potentially stop people's body functions using his chakra. However, it takes a while for him to get focused enough to do so.
